From a single Google page and Gmail address to a full digital ecosystem. Over three years, we built ParentSkills2Go's online presence from scratch — website, professional email, SEO — then delivered a custom CRM and MIS platform purpose-built for one of London's largest Black-led family support CICs.
Project Journey
ParentSkills2Go had only a Google My Business page and a Gmail address. We started from the ground up: a professionally designed WordPress website, a branded email setup, and a targeted SEO strategy. The result was a significant boost in online visibility and credibility — families and referral partners could finally find and trust them online.
Over two years of deep collaboration, we mapped ParentSkills2Go's entire workflow — case management, attendance tracking, reporting, referrals, and communications. This discovery phase was essential: no off-the-shelf CRM could handle the specific demands of a community-focused family support CIC.
We built a purpose-made CRM and Management Information System from scratch, designed entirely around how ParentSkills2Go actually operates. The system manages caseloads, tracks service user journeys, handles referrals, generates impact reports, and removes the administrative burden that was previously carried by spreadsheets and email.
The next phase will introduce AI-assisted tools to the platform — automating routine reporting, surfacing insights from service data, and helping the team identify where intervention is most needed. Planning is underway.
We first met ParentSkills2Go when they were running one of the most impactful family support programmes in South East London entirely through Google pages and a Gmail inbox. They were invisible online — not because their work wasn't exceptional, but because they had no digital foundation.
Phase 1 was about establishing presence and credibility. A well-designed WordPress site, professional email, and SEO work that actually reflected the quality of their programmes. Within months, referral partners and families could find them, trust them, and get in touch.
But as the organisation grew, a deeper challenge emerged: managing caseloads, tracking outcomes, and reporting impact through spreadsheets and email threads wasn't sustainable. Two years of careful observation and collaboration gave us an intimate understanding of how ParentSkills2Go really operates.
Phase 3 produced a CRM and MIS platform built entirely around their workflow — not a generic tool adapted to fit, but a system designed from scratch for their specific operational reality. It now sits at the centre of how they manage every aspect of service delivery.
The relationship continues. AI integration is the next frontier — tools that help the team work smarter, surface the insights buried in their data, and spend less time on administration and more time with the families they serve.
